1. What are the pre-requisites on the server side ?

IIS 6.0 or later, .NET framework 2.0

2. What are the pre-requisites on the client side ?

Just an Internet navigator is required !

3. What does SMS Desk product and what it doesn't?

SMS Desk gives relevant information on the local machine (client) where the web page is executed on.
It can provide data from an SMS database if such an architecture is present
